FOTOC Quantum Communications (FQC):

All Systems, Services, Grants, and Benefits offered by Friends of the Original Constitution (FOTOC), the Constitutional Government,

 are contingent Upon FOTOC Bank  and FQC Becoming Operational (“UFBBO”) and will be available to all within FOTOC’s Jurisdiction.

FOTOC is building a communications system using quantum frequency, to empower the people of this world to be able to communicate (via phones and internet) completely outside of Babylon’s communications system.

This will empower us to buy and sell using the FOTOC Banking app. It will also stop Babylon’s ability from being able to control, censor and shut down our communications and access to the truth, ever again.   

We are not yet to the prototype stage, but the following are actual products being sold which are examples of the technologies we will use (modify) to build FOTOC’s Quantum Communications System.

This is the SCIO biofeedback system which utilizes (sends/receives) quantum frequencies like sonar – to energetically detect what is going on at the cellular level of the body. This information from your cells bounces back (communicates) with a device app. The app translates the frequency data into useable information for the practitioner to provide recommendations on what the body needs to bring the cells back into wellness. This machine transmits frequencies to an unlimited distance. Everyone’s body has their own unique frequency – much like each one of us has our own unique finger prints and irises. I have personally received euphoric frequencies sent from a practitioner’s SCIO machine from several miles away.

This is Bridgefy – an offline Communications app: Excerpts from above: The Bridgefy App lets you send offline messages to friends and family within 330 ft (100 m) when you don’t have access to Internet, by simply turning on your Bluetooth antenna…chat with other Bridgefy users within your Bluetooth’s antenna range… All messages sent …are encrypted.

How these examples relate to building FOTOC Quantum Communications:

Our app will be built utilizing your cell phone’s existing internal hardware (like Bridgefy) to transmit quantum frequencies (like the SCIO biofeedback system) and send data between devices and users (voice, text and internet) completely outside of the current methods of communication (internet or standard communications systems) which use old transmission technology i.e.: phone/cable wires or wireless (electromagnetic radio waves/4G/5G etc.). Quantum mechanics/technology is a far and away more advanced, beneficial and infinitely better way to communicate via a tiny piece of material like a photon or electron particle creating a simple subatomic wave.

FOTOC Quantum Communications solves the problem of the counterfeit GOVT/NWO/OWG (Babylon) controlling We the People and our communications. Currently they are and have shut down people’s access to the internet and their phones. Many of us either know or have learned about someone being censored, de-platformed or cancelled by a Big Tech Platform. The so-called “pandemic” is a prime example. Anyone’s URL or IP Address (website) can be shut down by ICANN and service providers can shut down anyone’s land line or cell phone access.

Who will be able to use FOTOC Quantum Communications?

Anyone who downloads our app/pays a small monthly access amount (exceptions).

It will ensure that we can communicate as well as be able to buy and sell anywhere in the world with FOTOC Bank – using this app. And ensure that Babylon cannot control or cancel our internet or our communications.
