FOTOC: Grants, Services and Benefits

To get Constitutional Coins ( CC’s) circulating rapidly, the following incentives will be made available (UFBBO) to anyone throughout the world to join FOTOC Bank and use its currency:  

• All Individuals will receive 10,000 upon the opening of an account at FOTOC Bank.
• All Businesses will receive 10% of their year-end net annual sales (in (CC’s) for any year 2019 and after (Pick your highest net sales “year-end” financial statement for maximum benefit).
• Any Business that went out business, for any hardship reasons such as the so-called “pandemic,” lockdowns, lawfare, D.E.I, etc. can re-open their business with a FOTOC Bank account, have their currencies matched and receive 10% of their year-end net annual sales (in CC’s) for any year 2019 or after! 
• We will match your FEDERAL RESERVE FUNDS: Individuals and businesses who upload documents (statement(s)) for any year 2019 and after – will receive matching funds credited into their account at FOTOC Bank. This is a onetime matching of funds: Value = $ (Dollar) for (CC’s). Other currency? If your money is in a different currency than the US Dollar: we will match (in  CC’s) to the value your currency would be – if you exchanged it into US Dollars.  (We will match checking accounts, savings accounts, retirement accounts, investment accounts, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, Insurance policies with a statement of cash value, CDs, options, futures, ETFs, and crypto currency accounts).
• Cash, Silver and Gold donations to FOTOC will receive 200 times their donation (in CC’s) credited into their account at FOTOC Bank. Example: a donation of $3,500 will be 200 timesed (in  CC’s): in other words  700,000 (CC’s) will be credited into donor’s account at FOTOC Bank.
• All other Donations will receive 100 times their donation (in CC’s) credited into their account at FOTOC Bank. Example: a donation of $3,500 will be 100 timesed (in  CC’s): in other words  350,000 (CC’s) will be credited into donor’s account at FOTOC Bank.
• Referral program: Referrer’s receive 1000 (CC’s) – credited into their individual account at FOTOC Bank, for every referee who signs up and obtains an account with FOTOC Bank using referrer’s referral code.  
• A one-time Debt Forgiveness Day: All debts, mortgages, loans, etc.; will be forgiven. Check out our About Page for how Debt Forgiveness will work:
• There is no reporting, no IRS and no income taxes in FOTOC Bank: The “FEDERAL” GOVT’s mandates, statutes, rules, codes, laws, etc. are invalid and illegitimate

The following Grants will become available when FOTOC Bank becomes operational (UFBBO):

• Thousands of individuals will receive a 100K grant to (A) start a business that’s primary purpose and objectives are services or products that are beneficial to our society; (B) that enhance, promote and edify the well being, the welfare, the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of the people they serve.
• Many eligible businesses will receive a portion of 2Trillion to assist FOTOC in rebuilding our country and building our Constitutional Govt’s infrastructure and provide jobs throughout the USA to get it done.
• Each Bank and Credit Union which charters under FOTOC Bank will receive 568M. They will operate under FOTOC Bank’s monetary system, have access to wholesale funds and be able to offer their customers loans and mortgages, Credit and Debit Cards and interest bearing savings accounts.
• Many eligible businesses will receive a portion of 25 Trillion (and each employee of the Fossil Fuel Industry will receive a  100K bonus) to build a hydrogen fuel industry to enhance the Fossil Fuel Industry and build other free energy technologies which will create energy independence for all of the people.
• 1B to each eligible Engine Manufacturer to create/modify engines to run on multiple energies/fuels.   
• 1B to each eligible Generator company to create/modify engines to run on multiple energies/fuels.   
• Many eligible businesses will receive a portion of 20 Trillion for many miscellaneous projects approved by Citizen Councils for example: build coastal desalinization plants and pipelines to supply water to inland states; and many other projects to help this country and its people thrive.
• Millions of Small Businesses/Foundations and Non-Profits to receive from 200K to   60M each to help them rebuild, or thrive or achieve greater success in their honorable, lawful and righteous endeavors.
• Many current Big Businesses, including closed businesses since 2020 (w/500+ employees) will receive 625 Million for eligible purposes e.g.: strengthening, revitalizing or reopening their business.
• Doctors will receive 1M and nurses will receive   218K to leave the America Medical Association and join/be re-trained in our new “Wellness System” actual health care system (includes all of the healing arts).
• 500K to Pharmacies who change their business model/support FOTOC’s “Keep You Well” Wellness system.
• 200K to Pharmacists to change their business model/support FOTOC’s “Keep You Well” Wellness system.
• 1M to Farms to transition/become an official “Certified Organic” Farm.
• 1M to many K-12 Public or Private Schools to join/restructure under FOTOC and FOTOC Education.
• 50M to many Accredited Colleges & Universities to join/restructure under FOTOC and FOTOC Education.
• 200K to many Natural Supplement Manufacturers to phase out synthetic/increase organic supplements.
• 200K to victims of foreclosure or eviction (since March 1st 2020).
• 500K to many Whistleblowers.
• 23M to many Private Lenders which operate under FOTOC Bank and its Currency System.
• Millions to each non-defendant employee of CBS, ABC, NBC CNN, FOX, Google/YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Hollywood/Mainstream Media/Big-Tech Platforms to collectively buy-out/become the owners of these respective companies/restructure under FOTOC/We the People’s Constitutional Govt.
• 100K to Restaurants to phase out Genetically Modified foods (GMO) and unnatural chemical additives.

• 1B to 50 Inventors to develop and produce Free Energy devices.

• 500K to State Judges to be re-trained and work within the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Government.
• 200K to Law Enforcement Officers to be re-trained/work within the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Govt.
• 150K to Lawyers to be re-trained/work within the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Govt.
• 150K to Accountants to be re-trained/work within the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Govt.
• 100B to those developers of an effective reversing agent to the DNA modifying COVID-19 vaccine(s)
• 400B to those developers (above) to produce and distribute the reversing agent on a worldwide scale.
• 1M to the immediate family members of victims who died as a result of the COVID-19 vaccine.
• 40K to those eligible for a FOTOC approved detoxing (from addictions) re-wellness program.
• 20K to many Single Family Home owners to grow an Organic Food Garden.
• 20 Trillion Fund: a portion of this fund (depending upon Population) will be allocated to each FOTOC approved Interim State & Territorial Government, to join the Constitutional USA’s union of united States.
• 154 Trillion Fund: a portion of this fund (depending upon Population) will be allocated to each Country’s Government approved by FOTOC, which establishes a true Constitutional Government.  

Personal benefits to come:

New Amendments to strengthen our Constitution:

• To eliminate and prevent future corruption in our government and elections.
• To create a Citizen Council system to replace the corrupt Committee system.
• To restrict Govt secrecy and require complete transparency.
• To require Liberty as the highest standard for our Government management.
• To require a balanced budget, national rainy day fund and national savings account.
• To create a tax on purchases only – at a maximum rate of 2%. All other taxes prohibited.
• To require across the board Term Limits (All Govt) = (2) TERMS Maximum.
• To prohibit contributions to elections by anything other than living, biological individuals, USA Citizens.
• To prohibit giving or acceptance of gifts, money; anything resembling influence buying/selling of Govt.
• To prohibit monopolies or lobbying/anything resembling influence buying/selling of Govt.
• To require accountability and strict laws upon Govt Mgt & swift removal from office for violating these laws.
• To require service to the People as the over-arching principle in Govt.
• To require all branches of Govt to stay within the powers delegated to them in the Constitution.
• To strengthen and clarify all existing articles and amendments to the Constitution.

All laws governing the grants, services and benefits and those under the jurisdiction of the Constitutional United States of America are administered by the current Founding Council of FOTOC.
